What we do
Our mission is to help organisations make robust decisions in uncertain times, and to carry through those decisions. We understand political, international and regulatory risk, economic uncertainty, social and cultural change, and the opportunities of technology for our clients. These challenges can surface at many times and in many parts of the organisation. SAMI Consulting works for private, public and NGO sector clients. The tools we use are tailored to the client - from a study to a conference, to training, to a joint project. While we have world class experience of horizon scanning, scenario planning, strategy and policy, our range of expertise is much wider.
 
Consulting Assignments India China for City of London
In consulting assignments we frequently work jointly with a client team to ensure engagement with all internal stakeholders. We undertake desk research, one to one interviews, workshops and seminars to help the client identify the most important issues most likely to arise, to understand them, and to seek solutions or grasp opportunities.

Research Studies Construction Skills research
For research studies we combine our skills with specialists in modelling, regulation, country economies.... We undertake horizon scanning using our own databases and researching literature. We identify the issues and drivers, develop scenarios and produce reports in close cooperation with the client.
